Manny Taveras is a father, public school graduate, and lifelong Rhode Islander committed to building a future where families can thrive—not just survive. Raised in South Providence by hardworking immigrant parents, Manny understands the challenges many Rhode Islanders face—and the opportunities we can create when we invest in each other.

From coaching youth sports and working in city government to helping businesses grow in the private sector, Manny has always been a bridge-builder. He believes deeply in the power of education, small business, and homeownership to help families build lasting roots in the Ocean State.

Now, he's running to be a voice for those working every day to provide for their families, care for their communities, and stay rooted in the place they call home. Manny’s campaign is about listening, acting, and delivering real results for Rhode Island families.
